Our
Classes
We are a full service small group studio. This means we provide mats, equipment, water and cold towels. However you are more than welcome to bring any of your own items.

All of our Mat Pilates and Barre classes are built to lengthen and strengthen the whole body.
​
You can book a class through the 'book now' tab. The website will be updated with any class changes and if there are more immediate changes you will receive direct communication via email.
