HELLO FRIENDS

If we haven’t met before my name is Emily. I am a certified Personal Trainer, a certified Barre, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Strength and Group Fitness instructor. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance specializing in Choreography and Performance. I have been teaching group fitness classes, offering personal training and private sessions for almost a decade.
I started my fitness career teaching in Toronto, and am very excited to continue my journey here in Norfolk. I was born and raised in Norfolk and I am so excited to bring the skills and expertise I've acquired home to build a community here with you. ​

I have always been an avid runner and lover of a good sweaty workout. I have completed several half marathons along with being a professional dancer. My fitness instructor experience has ranged from teaching classes with more than 50 people in them, to personal training clients, building relationships that have lasted years.
Whether you want to take small group fitness classes or work out together 1:1, I will be the most supportive trainer, making sure that you achieve your goals and cheering you on along the way. I promise to give you a no BS approach to fitness that will give you results that keep you coming back. I ALWAYS bring the fun back into fitness with a dad joke or two.​
